The second shipment of S-300 missile systems for Syria has been postponed until June 2014, Vedomosti cites Ruslan Pukhov, a member of the Public Council of the Russian Defense Ministry.
He explained that the systems were pointless in a war-struck country.
The first portion of the missile systems arrived in Syria in May 2013.
