US representative to the OSCE Ian Kelly said that James Warlick, the new US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, will do a lot of work to settle the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, APA reports.
Kelly called Warlick one of the most talented and skilled diplomats. Kelly was the acting co-chair of the OSCE MG since December 2012. Warlick became the co-chair on August 5, appointed by US Secretary of State John Kerry.
