A specialized sanatorium and rehabilitation center of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies has opened in Kislovodsk, Interfax-South cites Minister for Emergencies Vladimir Puchkov who attended the opening.
The minister emphasized that the staff of the ministry was putting out 350-400 fires every day and were rescuing people suffering from floods in the Far East. He noted that a three-year program was formed for development of the center.
