Moscow mayor denies corruption allegations

Moscow's Acting Mayor Sergey Sobyanin denies corruption allegations. The official's press secretary Gulnara Penkova says Sobyanin received his luxurious flat in downtown Moscow as a member of the presidential staff and it was later privatized in accordance with Russian law.

Opposition leader and Sobyanin's rival in the coming mayoral elections Alexey Navalny has recently published information about a luxurious flat costing over $5 million owned by Sobyanin's underaged daughter.
