Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev will attend the 3rd summit of the Council of Turkic-Speaking States in Qabala (Azerbaijan) on August 16, Tengrinews cites Bolat Sadykov, a member of the Presidential Service for Central Communications.
The Turkic Council was formed in 2009 and consists of Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
