Russian oil company Rosneft and the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) signed today an agreement concerning basic principles of oil deliveries.
According to Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak, the deal allows mutual deliveries, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
