The first tank biathlon competitions have started in Alabino (Moscow) today, initiated by Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu, RIA Novosti cites Army General Arkady Bakhin, Deputy Defense Minister.
The competition is dedicated to the Prokhorovka Battle. Tank groups of Russia, Armenia, Belarus and Kazakhstan will make three rushes of 18.3km using T-72B tanks.
