Russian polling center predicts 67% votes for Sobyanin as mayor

The WCIOM polling center of Russia predicts that Moscow acting Mayor Sergey Sobyanin will get 67.4% of votes during the elections on September 8, RIA Novosti reports.

According to forecasts, Alexey Navalny will get 13% of votes, Ivan Melnikov (deputy head of the Central Committee of the Communist Party) 6.5%, Yabloko head Sergey Mitrokhin 5.4%, LDPR member Mikhail Degtyarev and A Fair Russia head Nikolai Levichev 3.3% each.

The polling center expects 48% of the city’s population to take part in the polls.
