The OSCE monitoring conducted today in the vicinities of the village of Aygepar and the settlement of Alibeyli in the Tovuz District of Azerbaijan revealed no incidents, News-Armenia reports.
The monitoring started at 12 o'clock. The monitoring was conducted by aides of the special representative of the OSCE chairman on the Armenian side and by the special representative himself on the Azerbaijani side.
