Turkish president condemns violence in Egypt

Turkish president Abdullah Gül has condemned the use of violence against protesters in Egypt.

"The use of violence against protesters is intolerable in any case. There can be no excuse for that," the Turkish president is quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.

According to him, the use of force may lead to a serious escalation of the conflict.
