Georgia's senior MP says Georgia and Russia don't need mediators

The head of the ruling Georgian Dream Coalition's parliamentary faction, David Saganelidze, says Russia and Georgia don't need foreign mediators to improve bilateral ties.

 

"We have a rich history of bilateral relations with Russia. We have so much in common," he says, adding that the conflict between the two states is a result of unwise policy and ignorance.
