Russia may decide to evacuate its tourists from Egypt, where the situation is becoming ever more tense. This was announced by the head of the federal agency for tourism, Alexander Radkov.
"No decision concerning possible evacuation of Russian nationals from Egypt has been made so far and we hope that there will be no need to take this step," he said.
"However, there is a good chance that the situation may change for the worse and lead to actual civil war. In such a case, we will evacuate our citizens from the country," the official is quoted as saying by ITAR-TASS.
