Head of the Azerbaijani CEC Mazakhir Panakhov said today that Azerbaijan was prepared for the upcoming presidential polls and was cooperating with international structures, such as the OSCE, Trend reports.
He reminded that the socio-political situation was stable.
Panakhov noted that 10,000 observers had monitored the previous elections. Many observers will monitor the upcoming elections and did not need permission for the monitoring, the official added.
