Russian government to promote national unity and ethnic diversity

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has approved the federal programme aimed at promotion of national unity and ethnic diversity in Russia, the government's press service reports.

The programme is based on the principle of cooperation between the federal and local authorities, non-governmental organizations and religious communities.
