The Liberal Democratic Party of Russia (LDPR) will send a proposal to the Russian Union of Insurance Companies, Federal Service for Financial Markets, Ministry for Finances, Foreign Ministry and the Federal Migration Service to oblige foreigners and apatrides to get insurances, RIA Novosti cites LDPR members Igor Lebedev, Andrey Svintsov and Yaroslav Nilov.
Foreigners and apatrides will buy obligatory insurances when crossing the Russian border. Should any of them violate the migration law, their food and other expenses during temporary detention will be coveredby the insurance until deportation.
