North Ossetian Minister for Education and Science Alan Ogoyev said that 393 million rubles were granted from the federal budget and 98million rubles from the local budget to build 44 new nurseries by 2016, Interfax reports.
3 nurseries have opened this year. Over 2,000 children may attend them. Nurseries have opened for 2,670 children in the last 2 years.
Ogoyev noted that an electronic queue for nurseries had been launched in February 2013 to calculate the number of nurseries needed in the republic and make the queues more clear.
