The people of Armenia and Azerbaijan should come closer – Armen Jigarkhanyan

The famous Armenian actor Armen Jigarkhanyan believes that the Armenians and the Azerbaijanis want to have close relations, but several issues impede this. The Armenian and Azerbaijani people are not ready to create the “Council of Seniors” to resolve the problems of the South Caucasus that was suggested by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, noted Jigarkhanyan.
