Istanbul will host the first exhibition of export goods and the second business forum of Turkic-speaking states on September 12-15, Trend reports.
The first business forum was held in Almaty in October 2011 within the framework of the summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States, when an agreement to found the Business Council of Turkic-Speaking States was signed.
Formation of the Turkic Council was first proposed by Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev in 2006. The organization was founded in Nakhchivan (Azerbaijan) in 2009. Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan and Turkey are the members of the organization.
