The Council of Commanders of Border Forces will meet in Baku on September 9 to discuss priority fields of cooperation in Central Asia and the Caspian Sea in 2014, APA reports.
Attendants of the talks will consider proposals of the Council of Heads of States to form and use groups of border guards to settle crisis situations on the outer borders of the CIS and help Tajikistan strengthen the Afghan border.
Moreover, they will round up achievements of 2013.
