The Russian President’s plenipotentiary representative in the North Caucasus Federal District, the Vice-Premier Alexander Khloponin conducts a conference with the heads of the North Caucasus regions, RIA Novosti reports. Khloponin arrived in Makhachkala on Thursday and has already held a conference with the Daghestani government, and from 11 am has started a meeting between him and the heads of constituent territories.
The press-service of the Daghestanian President has not enumerated the participant, but the square in front of the republican administration building has been cordoned off. The guards of Ramzan Kadyrov participate in cordoning. The agenda of the meeting is unknown. The conference is being held behind closed doors. Journalists are waiting for results of the meeting.
Permanent investigating committee for investigation of especially gross crimes and acts of terror will be created in Dagestan, Public prosecutor's office reports. It will be recalled that a number of explosions took place in Dagestan these two days, in Kizlyar March 31, and in Khasavyurt district on the night of April 1.
