The expert also stressed that the United States has always been neglecting international law and its UN regulations.
"The operation in Syria will not be the first one. It has already happened in Afghanistan, Iraq, Yugoslavia and Libya," he says.
According to him, the strike on Syria will be an attack on Russia's foreign policy rather than on the Assad regime.
