Ingush acting Leader Yunus-Bek Yevkurov announced mourning over murder of Ahmed Kotiyev, Secretary of the Security Council, and Ruslan Kotiyev, his driver and official of the Interior Ministry, ITAR-TASS reports.
They were killed on the Malgobek-Nazran Road in Nizhniye Achaluki (Malgobeksky District) on August 27.
