Georgian parliament starts autumn session

The Georgian parliament has started a new session, traditionally on the first Tuesday of September. The first plenary session may start on September 4, Trend cites Irina Imerlishvili of the parliamentary majority.

Constitutional amendment projects have been prepared for parliamentary discussions and may be introduced on the first two sessions. They include the problems of citizenship, authority of prime minister and quorum for passing the Constitution.
