US Secretary of State John Kerry, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel and Chairman of the Join Chiefs of Staff Martin Depmsey will make speeches about a military operation against Syria at the US Senate today, RIA Novosti reports.
Secret talks on Syria will be held tomorrow. All members of the House of Representatives and the Senate will gather for the talks no sooner than on September 9.
