The Kyrgyz State Security Committee presented videos of a man that looks like Erlanbek Omuraliyev discussing plans to organize a coup, RIA Novosti reports.

The plan consists of three stages. First, he planned to block the road to Issyk-Kul and Bishkek by 600-700 people to gather more volunteers on September 8-10. Then, the man planned to feign pollution of the Naryn River by the Kumtor Mine and putting cyanide into fish in September-October.

The third stage of the plan was not recorded, although the man recorded was talking about a terrorist attack and a coup.
