The administration of Tskhinvali is planning to open a memorial complex, Yuga.ru reports, citing the city's mayor.
There are also plans to open musical fountains in the city. This year playgrounds and sports grounds will open as well, Mayor Gerasim Khugayev said.
He said that disposal of construction waste is a serious problem. Moreover, work on the city's central underground communications system were to start this year. The administration plans to repair roads and create lawns.
