Karachay-Cherkessian Leader Rashid Temrezov said that combination of the posts of Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy and Vice Prime Minister will allow Yuri Trutnev to solve problems the Far East experienced, Interfax reports.
Temrezov reminded that Alexander Khloponin, Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District and Vice Prime Minister, had achieved great success in the past 3 years.
Tturnev became the Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the Far East Federal District and Vice Prime Minister on Saturday.
