The US intelligence services have intercepted the order of Iranian General Qasem Soleimani to Iraqi militants to attack embassies of the US and other states, should the West start an operation in Syria, RIA Novosti reports.
Soleimani, head of the Quds Force (an elite branch of the Iranian Guards Corps of the Islamic Revolution), urged Shiite groups to prepare for the attacks.
The US Embassy in Baghdad is believed to be the primary target for attacks.
