Brooke Isham has been ppointed as head of the USAID mission in Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
Isham used to work as the deputy head of the mission in Afghanistan, supervising development of infrastructure, economy, organizations in the North and West Africa. She worked at Mali, Central Asia, Russia, Jordan and Sudan.
Isham became a PhD of Raw-Material Economy at the Stanford University, Bachelor for Economy and Master of Applied Economics.
