Nato won't increase its role in Syrian conflict, Robert Pschel says

The North-Atlantic Alliance will not increase its role in the ongoing conflict in Syria, director of the NATO Information Bureau in Moscow Robert Pschel says.

According to Pschel, the bloc will only provided its members with an opportunity to discuss the situation and defend Turkey in case of actual danger.

"Nothing will be done except to these two tasks," he said.
