The development of mutual trade will lead to the revival of various forms of cooperation between Russia and the countries of the South Caucasus, Russian presidential aide Sergey Glaziyev says.
"After the collapse of the Soviet Union, many forms of cooperation were lost. Our countries mainly export oil and other natural resources and import products. The cooperation in the spheres of industry and technologies is limited," he says.
He says the economic cooperation with Azerbaijan is also insufficient, but underlines that Russia believes the situation will change in the future.
