US co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick said that peace in Nagorno-Karabakh needed willingness of both sides of conflict, Trend reports.
He reminded that 21 years had passed since the start of the conflict. The US officials believes that it is time for Armenia and Azerbaijan to start working together, according to principles set in the Helsinki Accords.
