The Russian Ministry of Energy is going to liberalize liquid gas exports. The ministry has already drafted a corresponding bill, the Vedomosti newspaper cites a source in the body as saying.
According to the bill, companies developing gas deposits will be allowed to export liquid gas without an agreement with Gazprom, Russia's gas-producing state monopoly.
