Russian President Vladimir Putin has cancelled the visit to Armenia set for late September, News.am reports.
According one of the explanations, Putin concluded all the necessary discussions during the visit of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan. Another explanation says that Putin does not want to experience anti-Russian protests in Armenia.
