Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the government to compose an agreement for South Ossetia to delineate the border and ordered the Foreign Ministry to discuss the issue with the South Ossetian Foreign Ministry, the official portal for legal information reports today.
Murat Jioyev, head of the South Ossetian governmental commission for delineation and demarcation, said that the country was ready to sign such an agreement.
