Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili has expressed satisfaction with Tamar Zhvania as the new head of the Georgian Central Electoral Commission elected yesterday, News Georgia reports.
He believes that Zhvania will make the presidential polls set for October 27 free and democratic.
