The government of Russia has approved a plan to organize passport controls on the border between Russia and Abkhazia, reports Prime-TASS.
After reaching agreement with the Abkhazian side, two passing points from Russia to Abkhazia will be placed on the Adler-Psou railway and on the Adler-Psou road.
