The United States believes some progress has been made during the Geneva talks over the Syrian crisis, RIA Novosti cites a representative of the State Department as saying.
The USA is still sceptical about the possibility of a peaceful solution to the conflict, but is trying to find a diplomatic way out of the crisis, the news agency informs.
