The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons will make the final decision for Syria, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said after a meeting with his Egyptian counterpart Nabil Fahmi, RIA Novosti reports.
The Russian-US initiative passed in Geneva basing on professional contribution of Russian and US specialists has points on the temporary and essential parameters.
Lavrov said that the international conference for Syria should be attended by opposition.
