Over 20,000 soldiers of the Internal Troops of the Russian Interior Ministry have been mobilized for the Zapad-2013 special drills at 10.00 am today, as stated by Nikolai Rogozhkin, Deputy Interior Minister and Commander of the Internal Troops, Interfax reports.
The troops will train operations against saboteurs, terrorists, airborne forces.
