Ali Akbar Salehi, head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization, met Yukiya Amano, Director General of the IAEA, at the 57th session of the agency, IRIB reports.
Salehi noted that the sides will meet in Vienna on September 27.
The IAEA session opened in Vienna on Monday. 155 states will discuss nuclear energy. Special attention will be paid to problems of North Korea and formation of a nuclear-free zone in the Middle East.
