Dagestan Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov said at the Valday Discussion Club that the new minister for education will make the necessary staff reshuffles at the ministry, RIA Novosti reports.
The police of Dagestan have detained Idris Musayev, Deputy Minister for Education and Science and ex-head of the Dagestani Institute for Upgrade of Qualification of Pedagogical Staff, as a suspect in the theft of over 2 million rubles granted by the regional budget as bonuses for teachers.
