Over 300 Russian nationals have already joined the Syrian rebels as mercenaries, the Russian Federal Security Service says.
"We believe that some 300-400 people have left Russia for Syria in order to join the rebel movement," Trend cites First Deputy Director of the Federal Security Service Sergey Smirnov as saying.
