Rouhani says Iran ready for nuclear talks without preconditions

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says the Islamic Republic is ready for nuclear talks without any preconditions.

"Iran is ready for talks based on the principles of equality and mutual respect," Rouhani is quoted as saying.

The president also stresses that Iran is against the usage of weapons of mass destruction and is committed to all international conventions.
