Azerbaijan and Israel will sign an agreement in October 2013 to simplify the visa regime for people with diplomatic and service passports, Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan Raphael Harpaz said, Trend reports.
The diplomat noted that the states may sign an agreement to simplify the regime for owners of common passports in the future.
