The fight against terrorism is a global task, as stated by Alexander Ibragimov, a writer and psychologist, and Shamil Munchayev, head of the History Subdepartment at the PRUE, commenting on the blast at the Tabasaransky District Police Department on Monday.
Ibragimov reminded about occupation of the mall at Nairobi (Kenya) on Saturday. He said that terrorism will only be beaten when countries restore the principle of social justice, when maintaining terrorists will be unlucrative for gangs and when people fill the vacuum of ideas and world perception. The expert believes that many become terrorists because they had know understanding of the truth, as a result of degrading education.
Munchayev noted that no country was invulnerable to terrorism and republics of the NCFD were not an exception.
