Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has signed the order on organization of conscription for people born in 1986-1995. The document comes into force on October 1, 2013, the Chechen government reports.
Conscription will take place in October-December 2013. According to the federal law on military service (signed on March 28, 1998), Chechnya will organize preparations for conscription and prepare offices for reception of conscripts.
