The head of the regional drug enforcement department, Andrey Vedernikov, pointed out that 65 commissions in the republic, the law prohibiting poppy trading and several other projects were initiated by Tkhakushinov. There are 350 fewer drug addicts in the republic compared to 2008, he added.
