Spokesman of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Alexander Lukashevich, said that the Russian delegation to the UN General Assembly was absent at the UN General Assembly during the speech of Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, RIA Novosti reports.
Saakashvili criticized Russian authorities and their policy on the post-Soviet space.
