One of priorities of the authorities of Krasnodar Territory is protecting the interests of the gambling zone ‘Azov-City’, which will be moved to the Black Sea coast, the vice-governor of the region Alexey Agafonov said today in Sochi, Yuga.ru reports.
He emphasized that the main benefit of the new gambling zone is its advanced transport infrastructure. According to estimates, the gambling zone will be 3-4 times more efficient with the Black Sea nearby, with the expenses being paid off in 7-10 years, Agafonov said.
The administration has already ordered a concept of developing the new gambling zone to be worked out. 1/3 of the territory will have casinos and other gambling places, another 1/3 will be used for beaches and hotels, with the rest given over to parks and recreation.
The authorities of Kuban promised to solve the issues of supplying gas, water and electricity to the zone and provide road construction. 2 billion rubles will be allotted to the project.
